Applications are currently being accepted for the Spring Diversity Dialogue Program.
The Diversity Dialogue program is a series of meetings which will foster communty dialogue about diversity issues, cultural tolerance and inclusion. The Diversity Dialogue program is a collaboration of the Tempe Human Relations Comission and the Tempe Diversity Office. It is designed to foster community dialogues in Tempe in which issues of diversity are discussed. Out of the dialogues will come a better understanding of self, community, and ways in which to improve the climate for diversity in Tempe.
Groups are led by trained volunteer facilitators. There are no formal lectures, the groups learn from one another's shared experiences. We begin each week with free pizza.
The program will take place on six consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6 - 7:30 p.m.,
Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Road, Tempe, AZ 85282, in the Lower Level Meeting Rooms A and B
The deadline to submit application is February 4th at noon.
