SUP Yoga



Stand up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

Students will enjoy paddling on the lake, then anchoring boards and setting yoga breathing to begin. S.U.P. Yoga will feature seated and standing yoga postures, including sun salutations, lunges and downward-facing dog. We will take a few quiet meditation moments before paddling back
