Any person who goes uninvited to any residence
within the city selling or offering to sell any type of service or any
type of tangible personal property and who cannot or will not meet the
requirements for a door-to-door solicitor.

application fee $100; Annual permit fee $50,
pro-rated to $35 July 1st through October 31, ID card fee $5

Application packet must contain the following:
All owners must submit fingerprints
Digital photos (taken by licensing staff)
Application packet is processed by:
1. Police Department
License is issued to
licensee along with photo identification badge
A
sales tax license
is also required
