Any organization operated exclusively for nonprofit purposes, which goes uninvited to any residence offering to sell any type of service or tangible property or asking for donations of any type.

Application packet must contain the following:

  • business application

  • individual applications for all owners

  • 501(c)3 letter issued by the Arizona Department of Revenue

All applicant's must submit fingerprints

Application packet is processed by:

                  1.     Police Department
