Application fee $500, One-time issuance fee $200, License fee $300 - $1,200
 

·         Sales tax license is also required

·         Application on the business is required

·         Fingerprints are required on all owners

·         Approval from City departments:

1.      Police Department

2.      Development Services

1.      Building Safety

2.      Fire Department

3.      Maricopa County Health Department

·         Application and notice is posted at location for 20 days

·         Application is prepared for City Council action

·         City's recommendation is sent to State Liquor Department for final decision

·         License is issued upon proof the State liquor license has been issued
